Sasktel

I called to cancel my sisters account when she passed - Sasktel made numerous mistakes and then sent her account to collections. My sister passed away May 3rd, 2016, on May 11th I called to cancel service of her phone, was told I needed to fax a letter and a copy of her death certificate as I did, with instructions as to where to send the final bill. I called a month after that to find out where her bill was, to be told they would resend it. Two weeks later I received a call from a collections company who would not give me any information regarding who they were collecting from. I finally received a letter sent to my deceased sister address which was forwarded to me. Sasktel - who did not send me a bill to clear up sent my sisters account to collections. I called a 3rd time to Sasktel to be told, that it needed to be paid and no apology from Sasktel would be forwarded to me for their complete mistakes they had made. To this day Aug. 25th I still have NOT received her bill information to pay from her Estate! Desired Settlement[redacted] I want a written apology as I had no wrong doing in not being able to pay her bill. In fact I still have not received her last bill!
