DO NOT SUPPORT
The owner has a disgusting attitude towards customers and her employees. She doesn't pay her employees she's refused payment to people sends out wrong items/subpar items then refuses refunds this business is a scam! She makes fun of and insults disabled people along with makes discriminatory remarks against LGBTQ this business is everything you should never do as a business owner!

Worse company ever
Wish I could give negative stars. I would never give sass and frass any more of my money. Marissa clearly lost her marbles and not mature enough to be a owner of a company let alone a decent person. Hope she gets the karma she deserves. You've been warned about this lady she's not a good person.

Clothes laundered in heavily toxic fragrance. Washed clothing is considered used.

I have had nothing but amazing service and products from sassnfrass. The owner has been so amazing and has helped were some reps for the company have not. I just ordered a $100 order and everything came within 3 days and everything was packaged amazing. I would tell everyone I know to use this amazing company.

Love this company and their products. Such fun amazing finds. Packaging is so cute and I can't wait to get more! I love the plus size leggings they are soft and fit my curves great. My favorite is the bath bombs though. Pure heaven on earth. Great fizz excellent smell and my skin feels super soft

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Not only do they hold on to your preexisting carts feom other ds reps but they also will atached the previous cart to your current cart if you are ordering from another rep without your knowledge. Not only have I been over charged by this company but after filing a paypal dispute and also talking to several reps about fixing the problem they refused to return my money and proceeded to say how it was not their fault or responsibility that the problem occurred. I will NEVER BUY or Recommend this company to anyone else. Since they are nothing but a major SCAM!

Owner is abrasive and verbally abusive. Critical and condescending. I simply asked for a replacement shirt not laundered in heavily scented detergents. She ridiculed my disability of chemical sensitivity and said this detergent is best for her family and machines. Said I should make my own clothes, flipped me off and blamed on the rep! FYI laundered clothes are considered "used"..

My daughter purchased some items from a direct sales person that pressured her into the sale Invoice #[redacted]. The sale was made via [redacted] and my bank account on August 18, 2014. when I received the the items on August 28, 2014 and asked my daughter about it and it was determined that we would return the items for a refund as she did not have permission to get them. I contacted the Representative [redacted] on several occasions to ask her what I should do. I had no luck getting ahold of her. After several attempts to contact the DS representative I decided to call the company. Meanwhile I asked the [redacted] what I should do. they said since I did not open the package, they could mark it for return. On September 15, 2014 I took it back to the [redacted] for return. [redacted] On at the [redacted] assisted me in this matter. The box was marked for return and returned to Sass N Frass. On September 26, 2014 the box arrived at Sass N Frass. I gave them a few days and started to try and contact via phone with the information. I left messages twice, once on October 3, and once on October 2, 2014 that I had returned the package and would like a refund. After not hearing anything for awhile I decided to try and get a hold of them personally, again. I logged into my account and found and "email". I was never forwarded to a real person and the entire transaction from there on was done via email. I continued to call with no call returns. the following is a copy of how I have been treated: Re: Order #[redacted] 3rd Oct 2014 @ 10:00 PM Sass N Frass Said: Your order was shipped and returned to us this past week marked " Unable to Forward" . Please email us your current address so that we may resend you order. Thank you. returned order 27th Oct 2014 @ 12:28 PM You Said: I would like a refund for the order. I sent it back to you. I've called several times with no results. I have reported the transaction to my bank and a chargeback. Please refund my money backProduct_Or_Service: Scarf and mineral makeupOrder_Number: #[redacted]Account_Number: #[redacted]Desired SettlementAt this point I would just like a refund

Failure to return full purchase price of items. Changed website to reflect restock fee after conflict began. I made a purchase on Sass N Frass website on 1/28. Less than 15 hours later, I decided to cancel the purchase. Sass N Frass stated they had a restock fee that I had to pay. This was not indicated on their returns policy when the order was placed. I made a screen print of the returns page. They returned a portion of my payment to [redacted]. Today, they have changed the website to include this verbage. They have stated in the resolution to [redacted] that this information was always there. IT WAS NOT. I am writing this complaint because not only are they a dishonest company, they are a poor business company for the consumer. I still have yet to receive my full refund.Desired SettlementFull refund of money paid and an apology for their behavior and treatment of a customer.
