Paid for a shirt that was laundered saturated heavily in toxic frgrance. Called owner. I simply asked for a replacement not laundered in heavy toxic synthetic fragrance. She was abrasive and verbally abusive. Critical bully type. Ridiculed my disability. The toxicity caused migraine, nausea and pain, mast cell inflammatory response. She said I know nothing about clothes and Ishould make my own! Laundered clothing is considered "used". She blamed this on her rep and flipped me off.. The public should be warned about this business . Those with chemical sensitivity beware.. and Beware of narrcisstic owner!
