Review: This company had come out to give us a quote on getting some tiles in our shower repaired. Their price was reasonable for what we needed done and we knew when dealing with the shower that additional costs may happen. The worker [redacted] came out the day of to get the tile done and he took off 4 half tiles- told us that the whole shower needed to be redone. We were not expecting that and said that we would like to get a second opinion and think about it. There is a big difference between a couple hundred dollars and a couple thousand dollars. He said that was fine and that he would "only" charge us $100 for coming out that day and taking off the four tiles (which were loose and I could take off if I touched them wrong.) The entire job he was there for was quoted $300. I told him that he did not do anything to warrant $100 and he began to argue with me. My husband paid him to get him out of the house. When we had a second opinion come out to the house- it was able to be fixed a fraction of what [redacted] had been trying to say. This company did nothing for us but stated that we had to pay him becasue he had insurance costs and gas to get to our home. It was essentially another estimate, which they advertise as free. Terrible experience with them and I would like a refund of my $100!Desired Settlement: I would like my $100 back as he did nothing.
