Sassy apparel blanks order indicated they had all the shirts I needed I stock. I paid over $65 I. Shipping to get them to me In time to make for my reunion. Only partial order arrived on Friday as paid for -other pieces of the order arrived Sat and Mon. After three shipments I was still missing shirts! Sassy would not refund the express shipping. They use several vendors to fill the orders. I would not use them again.

Review: I am a coaching my daughters softball team this year and we were looking for Grey softball pants for the team. I came across Sassy Apparel Blanks. I called them to see when they shipped their pants out and I requested a sizing chart for a certain pair of pants. I spoke to [redacted], who is the only guy at the company you can speak to via email, live chat and phone, and requested a sizing chart and informed him that we need the pants to be right and receive them before the team picture is taken and season starts. [redacted] emailed me a sizing chart and when I double checked with him on the sizing via phone the next day he told me again I was accurate. That night we measured our girls and put down sizes. The pants on the web site say fitted as well, which later found out they are not. We received our pants and were very displeased to see the sizing chart I was given was incorrect. I emailed and "[redacted]" said I could send the pants back at my cost and in 21 days he would refund my money and then my shipping cost. I placed another order to correct the pants that didn't fit my girls. They took the money from my account and when I still didn't receive a packing or tracking information 4 days later I called. I was informed my package was being held because of my issue with my previous order. I told him he already charged my account and I wanted my items for my second order. He informed me they would not ship it out and he would refund my money! Now our 6,7 and 8 year old girls don't have pants! I called and asked to speak to a manger, there is never a manager, [redacted] or anyone other than "[redacted]" you can speak to. I emailed the [redacted], according to website, and never got a response. I had our [redacted] call and she could only get "[redacted]". These little girls have to start the season and team picture without pants!!! This was a horrible experience and worst customer service. Let me add, If you can ever get a hold of anyone, it's only "[redacted]"!!! I will not let this happen to other people, I will spread the word!!!Desired Settlement: I want all my money back for everything and I want them to pay to ship their own stuff back to them! After what we have been through I think they should collect nothing and give us our money back all of it. What they did to these little girls is a shame!

Review: Spent hour placing order. They advise day after won't ship to me because my address is not confirmed by [redacted]. There was no advisement of this requirement on site or when paid. 80 dollar order such requirement is nonsense. Wasted my time and now won't have items I expected before my trip!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Ship my order!
