In sticking to the original complaint which is the price factor, the customer purchased the dress for $and was aware of this price before paying the amount These are the facts We may disagree on what one considers yelling But the customer was angry and threatened to contact her bank to stop chargesNow those are the facts surrounding the original complaint in which I would like to stick toHad the customer not been made aware of the price, this complaint would be valid

The customer came to the counter with the item and the item was tagged incorrectly The employee rang the item up and the price was different from what was on the tag The employee immediately notified the customer that it was tagged incorrectly and asked the customer if she still wanted
the item for The customer replied "yes" I still want itSo she was given her total and she purchased the itemThe customer came back the next day and talked to a different employeeThe customer told the employee she purchased the item on the previous date and that *** told her the item was tagged incorrectly but she still chose to buy the item for the correct costHowever, the customer stated she changed her mind when she got home and now wanted a refund Employee explained that she couldn't do anything because she knew the correct price and agree to pay that price on yesterday when she was asked if she still wanted the item Employee called manager and advised her if situationManager offered customer a store credit or exchange on the item Cash refunds are not given and is in our policyCustomer refused and became angry and yelled that she was calling her bank to stop payment on the transaction and stated "I will have me a shirt for free anyway" She also told employee she was calling the Revdex.comShe walked out of the store angryOther customers were in store and witness this event take place and agreed to serve as a witness if neededThe behavior by this customer was unacceptable...especially after agreeing to pay the correct price knowingly

I am rejecting this response because:The response was incorrectI never became angry or yelled I was not inappropriate in my behaviorThere might have been one other customer who came into the store besides someone that was in there with me who can attest to my appropriate behavior The manager or store owner who responded to this situation is lying and it is blatantly obviousThe first employee who sold the dress never looked at the tagIf she had she would have pulled all of the dresses marked incorrectly and they would not have still read $the next dayThe thing that bothers me the most is that the manager or store owner blatantly lied about this
