The service department contacted [redacted] the week of December 21st to schedule the date of the repair due to the holiday. ***. [redacted] agreed to schedule the repair for the week of December 28th. It is on the schedule to be repaired Wednesday December 30th as discussed with [redacted] .JP J***

Im still having problems with the sofa I bought from them squeakingThey did show up to check it and they finally heard it for them selvesThey told me that they would be back before Christmas to try and fix it and never showed upI called again and was told one more time it would be taken care of by Christmas and again they never showed or calledI called again and was told someone would get back to me and still no responseThis is beyond ridiculousIm tired of being lied to and ignoredI want this sofa replaced if they can't repair itI don't want to wait weeks again for this either

December 8th we spoke with you and set an appointment with the factory rep to inspect your sofaThe rep came, inspected your sofa and couldn't repair it on the spot due to the fact there wasn't ample space in your living room We made plans to return after Christmas the next time the rep was in our areaWe then contacted you on January 29th but no one was able to meet him to resolve your issueThe factory rep fell ill and couldn't get back in our area again until July 13th, which is when we then tried to contact youAgain we could not get in touch with youThe next time we contacted you in December, and again you said there would not be enough room to work on your sofaFinally the last time on March 14th we made an appointment for the sofa to be repairedThe factory rep determined that the cost to repair your sofa was not economically soundWe faxed the report to our Klaussner sales rep, asking for a full replacement of your sofaHe said he would go to his supervisor to discuss the replacementHe emailed me April 14th with confirmation of the replacement approval, at which time I indicated that a full replacement was approved in my response to your complaintAs you can see Sir, we have done everything in our power to resolve this problem for youWe will happily replace your sofa or provide you a full credit towards the purchase of a better built sofa.Sincerely,JP J***Vice President, Shimock's Furniture

Upon being notified of a noise coming from a new sofa, I went to inspect. The sofa did not make a sound. I did everything in my power to make it squeak, but it would not, [redacted] agreed. In order for a problem to be resolved we must first need to...

diagnose the issue. After a complete inspection on the entire sofa there was no defects or sound of any kind found. The sofa is under warranty and we would be happy to go through any channels necessary to resolve her problem. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  we will only accept this offer if the sofa is guaranteed to be free of any issues. we are not spending another year and a half trying to get tis straightened out . further more J.P. you had cell numbers to call to reach us if we weren't home . and you told my wife you thought the sofa was fixed when the guy came the first time. you knew there wasn't space in my home to fix the sofa you could have picked it up and fixed it at you store. so please get your facts straight.

This is beyond ridiculous. Im tired of being lied to and ignored. I want this sofa replaced if they can't repair it. I don't want to wait weeks again for this either.
