To whom it may concern, Unfortunately we have not received any communication from this customer in regards to her dissatisfaction.   We will gladly work with a customer in resolving issues such as these when given the opportunity.  There would be nothing I could do for the first unit...

she is speaking of as it has been thrown in the trash.  The second unit can be returned to us and it can be inspected.  If the customer would contact us in regards to the issue we would need to see what types of product brands have been used on the unit.  This would include shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, moisturizers, thermal protectors etc.   Sometimes a unit can be repaired however we don't know until its been communicated that there is an issue, have a list of products used, and have it inspected to see what the hair is doing.  Due to the length of time the customer has had the units is what makes this hard as a human hair unit should last about 3-6 months.  All we can go off of is the date they were ordered which in this case is November 2014.  That is 4 to 5 months ago.  It is very important when ordering to inspect everything once it is received so the the company can rectify an issue rather then wait for months.  By that time all policies could be null and void.  The terms and conditions of our website, which have to be agreed upon prior to even placing an order, states returns are accepted within 7 days.  Below is the some of the return policy from the site indicating how it works.  I would be happy to have the hair inspected to see what can be done for this customer.   If

return it within 7 days of receipt. Simply fill out the return order
form, included with your order, and return the item to the address
provided. You MUST include the Return Order Form with your return.
When your return is received, we will confirm the stock wig is in new
condition. If the wig is in new condition, you will receive an e-mail
