I have emailed the vendor and ask for trackingOnce they provide tracking I am happy to send money backI don't know how they could have contacted customers as they don't have access to their phone numbersI have emailed the vendor several times and never gotten a phone call from them.We are happy to process funds once tracking for all the orders is provided is provided.Orders in question are as follows...--------MAY 18, 2016ANY UPDATE ON THIS? [redacted], Not only were these customer orders were fulfilled after the projected timeline you set (7-10 days, these were over a 6 weeks delayed), there was no communication as to what was going on. Due to our vendor agreement you agreed to upon creating an account found here (http://www.sassysteals.com/vendor/agreement) Section 6 regarding refunds, reserves us the right to refund customers if the item is out of specified time range and/or vendor isn't responding regarding emails.The refunds were issued for following orders which I have emailed you about a few times, unanswered. [redacted]    [redacted] I have attached a detailed spreadsheet showing you what orders were refunded and all amounts. Futhermore our disputed amount was 554.59, with this outstanding balance for refunds being $178.10. I have sent over paypal for remaining amount. We have done business with vendors for over 5 years and never had such bad customer service responses or product delivery. If you are going to continue selling online I would recommend resolving these issues and only selling items you have on hand, not pre order selling. AND ANSWER EMAILS! PLEASE NOTE ON SPREADSHEET ONLY TRACKING WAS PROVIDED FOR 6 ORDERS, WE HAD TO SPEND TOO MUCH TIME EMAILING AND TRACKING DOWN OUR CUSTOMERS TO EVEN FIGURE OUT IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR ORDERS, NOT TO MENTION THE BAD REPUTATION THIS VENDOR HAS GIVEN US AND OUR CUSTOMERS.
