S.A.T. Landscape Services

This is in reference to S.A.T. Landscape Service, 1585 Pemberton Drive, Columbus, OH 43221.

This company had been doing my lawn mowing. On May 5, I called and left a message that I was very unhappy with their work. On Monday, May 7, a lady named [redacted] called me and said she was sending them back that same morning to rectify the job. At that time, I told her I had already hired someone else.

The man arrived, did a similarly poor job, and was very dispectful. I assumed that my use of their company was over, since I did not have a contract.

However, even thought I had another company mow for the rest of May, I have been billed by them for the entire month. I paid for the May 5 mowing, but told them someone else had mowed it in May. On June 6, fortunately a friend of mine was in the front yard when they returned again, and my friend told them that it had already been owed. I then called their office, and [redacted] said it was a mistake.

Now, they have billed me again for 4 times in May and even added a finance charge! I have excellent credit and have never been charged a finance charge. They are obviously charging me for their mistake.
