I am literally there it seems monthly since I purchased my last Jeep last OctoberI purchased a BRAND new Jeep Cherokee limited October I was very hesitate but the sales guy who I will not name pushedI wanted a certain color and after telling me a week later he has my color, I went there to sign documents, only to find out it was blue NOT black like I asked
He stated he knew after I got there it had everything I wanted expect the colorSo I settled and signedAbout months after having that Jeep, it started shifting aggressivelyI took it to service
They stated it needed updatesI could not understand that because it was just purchased but again I let it slideUpdates were completed and weeks later it started shifting aggressively againI took it back, I was told this time it needed a part added to the transmission and needed a reset
SO that to was completedA month after that I was experiencing the same problemDropped it off yet again and was called and notified that I needed a new transmissionARE YOU KIDDING???!!
So a new transmission was put inJanuary comes and again, hiccups with transmissionThis time I am furiousI go into sales
After weeks of back and forth with Kevin F**, he put me in a Jeep Cherokee Limited and my payments went UP!!!! Which I told them from day one what I am willing to pay and my MAX paymentWell now it is December 2016, and guess what??? My Jeep is shifting aggressively
I have gone through the updates a month ago, the part put on my transmission weeks ago and today I am picking up my Jeep that just had the transmission REPLACEDSecond Jeep in a yearBecause of all this my credit has take a massive hitAlso, I called the service department SEVEN times in a row to try and reach my service guy and nobody answered
The service department has no communication with one another and they do not communicate with their customersI am extremely upset!!!!
I really want to turn in my keys and say I am DONE with this speed transmissions.I want to reach corporate so I am looking for a number now
