I am a dialysis’s patient I go to this facility but in the past 8 months they have been taking advantage of my rights as a patient. They have not allowed me to get my treatment done on some days and the reasons they give me excuses. My question is when something happens to me how are they going to explain what happen to my family? What they are going to do is wash their hands and blame it all on me the patient. I am sure I am not the only one going thru this because the staff from this facility they take advantage of their power and what they want with the patient specially the ones that don’t have a voice.
First, we want to express that we take all patient complaints seriously and apologize for any undue stress this may have caused the patient. In March 2020 we were made aware of the patient’s dissatisfaction with receiving treatments at our center. Our center leadership personally reached out to the patient and worked with the patient to establish treatment dates and times that worked with their current situation and schedule. We reached an amicable solution with the patient in March 2020 and we have not received any further complaints from the patient. Thank you for providing us an opportunity to respond to this complaint. We stand by our mission to make life better for those living with kidney disease and will continue to provide compassionate care to our patients. Thanks
