Review: Satellite Sales offered me to pay my Dish Network bills for 24 months (worth $2200) in exchange of I paying them only half of it ($1100). It was also agreed verbally with their manager Mr [redacted] I will pay my share of $1100 after I am satisfied with seeing $2200 credited on my Dish Network account, and also that, I will pay the $1100 in three installments. 1) $600 within a day after Satellite Sales credits my Dish Network account 2) $200 on July **, 2013 3) $300 on July **, 2013 Based on this, I paid my first installment on 6/**/2013 after seeing that they have really credited $2200 in my Dish Network account. Before paying my second installment, I double checked if my Dish Network account was still showing that $2200 credit. It was, and hence I paid my second installment on 07/**/2013. Before paying my third installment, I double checked if my Dish Network account was still showing that $2200 credit. I was surprised to see that it wasn't anymore. I called up Dish Network and came to know that they have reversed their $2200 payment on 07/**/2013. By then, I have already paid them $800 and got nothing. On top of that, Dish has charged me $10 for payment reversal. Since then I am trying to reach the representatives of the company and no one is available ever. I have already made over 50 phone calls by now. I sent an email too asking for refunding $800 + $10, and no response to that as well. Now I feel that I am completely cheated. This is very frustrating !Desired Settlement: They should refund my $800 back ASAP. And as a penalty to the frustration they have caused me, they should add an additional $1000 to retrofit my losses.

Review: This company offers discount on Verizon Products. It will ask you to go through them for billing. Once you pay your share of billing they do not pay their part and does not offer any discount. Basically company is Rip Off made of bunch of [redacted]. CORPORATE OFFICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE [redacted]Hours of Operation: -(9am to 5pm EST - Monday through Friday)(10am to 5pm EST - Saturday)(12am to 4pm EST - Sunday)Desired Settlement: They owe me $1000.00 for verizon FIOS package payment.

Review: Promised to provide Optimum service for a year for the $600 payment. After payment they did not add credit to optimum account and did not return money either.

This is Fraud and not trust worthy company.Desired Settlement: Refund $600 plus penalty and late charges $50 charged to me by Optimum.

Review: This company who said to be authorized dealer of [redacted], which is my cable company. They called me saying that there was a deal out for which if we paid “x” amount of money in advance they would double that money. Hence we made an agreement that if I paid 6 months in advance they would pay the extra 6 months so that I wouldn’t not have to pay for a full year. They paid [redacted] the full year’s worth which was a sum of ($1155.00) and I sent Satellite Sales a check of $577.50. This took place on December [redacted]. After 2 days [redacted] turned down the payment of $1155 claiming that the account number was incorrectly written on the payment, and the payment had to be remade. After that I called and spoke with satellite sales and they told me they would be re-submitting the payment. This went on for at least a month in which I called them and they promised to send the payment again and told me to call back. When I would call back they would say we are still working on it. It has been 5 months and the payment has never been made nor has my money been returned.

I called several different numbers multiples times a day for over a month & to keep getting told to call back.

( I have a contract from the company in which they promised to pay [redacted] 1155.00, If I paid them 577.50)

( I have emails stating that they received my check)

( I have document from [redacted] that there payment was rejected and another payment needed to be made By satellite sales)Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $577.50 which is what I sent them.

Review: Satellite Sales offered me to pay my [redacted] bill for 12 months (worth $1080) in exchange of I paying them only half of it ($540). I talked to two of their officials- [redacted] and [redacted] in detail and they were very friendly and talked very generously !

I was expected to pay my share of $540 after verifying the $1080 credit on my [redacted] online account. Once, I see the bill online, I gave a call to [redacted] to verify that they have received the payment. They confirmed that they have received the payment and hence, I paid them $540. They asked me to deposit the amount in [redacted] account in the name of [redacted] (Account # [redacted]). After a month, when I called up [redacted] and they told me that the amount of $1080 payment has been reversed on 10/**/2014. By then, I have already paid them $540 and got nothing. Since then I am trying to reach them and no one is available ever. Their contact numbers are: ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.

I have made more than 50-70 calls but all in vain. Feeling completely cheated !Desired Settlement: They need to refund my $540. Not only this, some strict action needs to be taken against them. They are doing it with multiple people- fooling them around with their tacts.

Review: I got phone call from [redacted] of Satellite Sales Ltd and asked me that if I want to reduce my cable bill by 50%? I said yes and then he tokk my cable company acconut number and asked me how much I pay for my cable service? I told that I have phone, internet and TV service and my monthly bill is $206.00. He told me that his supervision [redacted] will call you and confirm and give instructions what I have to do. [redacted] called me and I asked him how they provide 50% less then the company. He replied that cable company gave them discount vouchers of $50 to $1000.00 to get new customer. I told him I am not new customer and he replied that for that I don't have to worried. He then asked me to call my cable company and checked my balance. They transfered the amoumt of $2472.00 to my accounts and when I called there was credit balance of $2472.00. Then they asked me to transfered the 50% OF 2472.00 TO [redacted], at Brooklyn, NY through Western Union. I did that. After 2 months I got bill of $618.50 from my cable company, when I inquired about this bill they told me that the credir card company who paid the amounts has reverse the transaction and it looks like a fraud. I tried to contact [redacted] or [redacted] they don't want to come on the phone. I talked to [redacted] and [redacted] at ###-###-#### they told me that he will convey the message but nobody return my call. I want my money back from them. I have all copy of the correspondence did wiht themDesired Settlement: I want my money that I sent to them back
