Our sales agent told us to wait until 3rd bill to redeem our $100 Dish gift card but apparently Satellite Solutions changed processes and we had only 30 days from receipt of an email from Elite Fulfillment Group (that arrived 2 weeks after installation) to redeem the card so it has now been voided. I think this is a not-so-nice way to save themselves some money. I would urge that prospective customers be very careful about reading the emails promptly.
