Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Kristi and company are making it out to be something completely different from what happenedShe states that insurance was not covered like it was part of the original deal to start with, which is not trueNot once was this even stated to me, as if it were, I would have gladly paid to add insurance to the freightAnd if this were the case, why fight this information for so long? She tried to play the game where they hoped that I forgot, and then rudely ignored my requests for updates, and would only respond after an act of desperation, which was in a form of a website or commenting on their facebook page, which was almost instantaneous at removalI provided a quote that was fair and one in which would account for the work needed to be done to the damaged panels on the machineIf she had any experience with these machines, she would know the cost and expertise needed to make sure things went back together correctly, which would leave the machine leak freeCurrently, the machine is anything butThis company is playing the classic role of rejecting the small guy and expecting nothing to happen due to the imbalance of powerWell, my only leverage is online reviews like the Revdex.com in order to feel remotely justified from their behaviorThey know that I do not have the resources to take them to court, so they ran me in circles for months (almost an entire year), promising, increasing my hope, that something could be doneBased off of this recent response, it sounds like it was all a game and they are just doing damage control now.I am willing to submit every email I have in contact with the company to show exactly what happened.Sincerely,*** ***

Good Morning [redacted], thank you for contacting me regarding this complaint.
 
First I can assure you, I have responded to [redacted], I have tried to help him with the claims process.  What I need to explain first is he hired a broker to move the machine, legally brokers are not liable for the...

damage if something happens.  However Satellite has been a round quite a while and we do not intend to leave our customers high and dry.  The trucking companies insurance denied the claim because they did not have coverage for that exact damage, technically the trucking company still owes the money but they disappeared.  [redacted] continues to keep blaming satellite for his company going out of business, although there are steps [redacted] could of taken to insure if something happened to the machine he would have insurance coverage, such as getting his own policy for the machine during shipment.  Satellite has covered the cost of the claim but [redacted] now wants 5000.00 extra for other expenses that may come up, and lost revenue.  These are two things that Satellite cannot just cut checks for.  [redacted] continues to bash us on every web site he can find, and the accusations are just not true. No one has ignored him, he has been getting responses, and he has got checks that he has cashed. 
 
Please let me know if there are any more questions.  I will be sending [redacted] his last check today, he is upset the 5000.00 isnt included, but we have paid for all damage to the machine that he has provided receipts or estimates for.
