Mr [redacted] Sorry you are having an issue but not sure exactly what it is that is going on Let me expelling the details we know about this issue [redacted] was an independent contractor no longer contracted with the company He was authorized to sale services for our company but never authorized to collect any money I do show that an account was attempted to be setup for you with [redacted] services on 7/22/ The following message was received from [redacted] when attempting to setup you with an account: "Our system indicates the customer has outstanding balance on previous accountPlease reference account# [redacted] to collect payment in order to continue with the orderDo not continue unless this balance is paid in fullCall [redacted] if the customer believes they have not previously subscribed and provide Lead ID: [redacted] Lead Phone Number [redacted] Would you like to open the account to collect payment?" We can not do anything about this situation it is to [redacted] discretion I do not show that our company processed any payment to the [redacted] account that was referenced and show no money being collected from you Can you please let us know how you made a payment and who collected it so we can look into this issue a little closer We don't show any calls or anything from you after the date 7/22/when [redacted] attempted to setup an account for you with [redacted] service Please get us some more information about this but as of right now we do not show you as a customer of Satellite Visions nor did we collect any money from you Please reply with more details so we can further help out if needed

We have spoken to the husband of the customerImmediately we contacted the rep involved and asked if she had promised to pay off the customers [redacted] billShe explained that she did not say that because our company doesn’t have the means to pay off $balancesThe manager spoke to the customer and asked him word for word verbatim did she say she would pay off $400, He said no, I was unaware it was that muchWe also have never discussed an ipad, you cannot get an ipad and a rebate with the promotionThe remotes were in the deal, we don’t offer what doesn’t come in the kits provided at installIf the customer is unaware of cancellation fees they must find out before buying the current productWe as a retailer cannot call and get personal information on their behalfWe have attempted to give this customer credits to make happy, and they declined Thanks, [redacted] ***

Satellite Visions showed up at my home offering an update to my satellite tv services at the end of July After talking with the Regional Sales Manager at length, and researching the company (to the best of my ability), I agreed to accept their help to upgrade my TV servicesWhile at my home, the Regional Sales Manager asked about my internet service & if I wanted to "bundle" it with the new TV servicesI was very clear when I said "NO." The internet was under my name, TV services are in my roommate's nameA week later, a tech from my internet service company just shows up, unannounced and lets himself in to my backyardNo knock on the front door, no call, no emailNothingI almost called the policeAfter hours on the phone with my internet service provider & my new satellite service provider, we were told that the internet service account was set up, online, by a "third party" in my roommate's nameHer full name, address, phone number, debit card number and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER were given to the internet company by Satellite Visions, whom created the accountI consider this IDENTITY THEFT! When I contacted the Regional Sales Manager directly and informed him of the situation, he didn't understand what the "big deal" wasI was appalledMy roommate now has to get a new debit card & put a fraud alert on her creditI don't trust this company AT ALL and I will warn everyone I know about them!

I understand you are third party vendor to [redacted] however I wouldn't have signed up for the service had I not been offered the bundle package I was offered. Once I was notified that the bundle offer was incorrect, I was then offered the 10 months of free service for compensating me on the original offer. I would not have kept [redacted] had I not been told I would be compensated for it. I have paid 3 months of service thus far, a bill I wasn't expecting to have and now I am stuck in a contract with [redacted] because I can't afford to cancel my service at $420. One day I was told I would be refunded for the bills I have paid, and less than 3 days later I was told I couldn't get refunded. I would like to be reimbursed for my past 3 bills and the next 7 bills that I will have to pay. Regards, [redacted]

This account was open without my knowledge and the sales representative knowingly opened this account without my authorization He clearly was just trying to make a sale I was told by the customer service representative that this man is no longer employed with the company because of similar occurrences with other customers Please close this account

I had recently had service installed in my homeI must say that the sales rep was very thoroughThe day of my installation the installer called to verify the installation time was correct and it was to my convenienceWhen he arrived he went over everything that the sales rep and I agreed toWhen the installation was complete he went over all the functionality of the system and made sure I was comfortable with all the features
I will defiantly use Satellite Vision for all my television, internet and security needs

The complaint is not against [redacted] , the customer is trying to break the contract and we have no authorization to do that .   He had [redacted] installed and allowed Satellite Visions to do the installation. We have no proof this was not signed  by him . He had service installed 2/8/2014 and did not call and complain about it until 2/26/2014.

When a customer signs up for service with [redacted] , we go through  verification process to confirm  pricing, , we go over 1st year and 2nd year rates. We are  unable to offer anything else. Customers are asked if they have any questions at that time.

Please see attached the singed agreements that have your name on them.  I understand you are saying that the services were setup in your mothers home but there is no way for us to get your personal information including date of birth and Social Security Number other than it being supplied to us by you.  We have a very strict policy on fraud and there is no way we could have accessed this information if it was not given to us by yourself.  This account was installed on 3/6/14.  If this was not authorized by you then why has it been 6 months now for you to take action if you believe it was fraud?
I show on 7/16/14 that you had called in with this issue and you were asked to either mail or fax us the sales form you said you had so we can look into this issue further.  To date we have not received any documentation from you regarding this.
I see that [redacted] has told you that the account can be transferred out of your name and into your mothers if she qualifies but I do not show this has happened.  [redacted] the individual who sold this account was never employed by our company he was a contractor who sold and referred new accounts to us but no longer is contracted with Satellite Visions.  The relationship was not terminated due to any previous incident like this so not sure whom may have told you that but this is incorrect information.
I am sorry but we can not let you out of the contractual obligation as the information on the account and signatures match your information.
We value you as a customer.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you with your service.

We are a third party retailer for [redacted] , we are never allowed to alter or change the package pricing ever . We would never be able to offer this as it something we are not allowed to do .

This customer is upset because her mother used her information to qualify for [redacted] , we do not have access to any of [redacted] account information . We are not able to access SSN or Birthdates  of any of their customers.
