Review: We had them come in to fix the cable TV in a different room, which affected the cable service in the lounge area.

They keep trying to charge us to come in and fix the problem that they themselves caused. We scheduled them to come in and fix the problem one day, but because they failed to tell me which the rooms they needed access to ahead of time, they were not granted the access by the building; the building in turn, still charged us to have an engineer available after hours (although Satellites Unlimited had to leave upon arrival because they were unable to access the areas).Desired Settlement: Please repair our cable connection in the lounge.

Original service call on 01/**/13 was completed and customer was satisfied with the service.

Note: This invoice has still not been paid by customer as of 12/*/2013. We have tried several times to get a payment from customer.

On good faith that Onboard would resolve payment on open Invoice Satellites Unlimited Inc to run a coax line to a separate location which was completed on 6/**/2013 customer satisfied.

Customer is upset with the policies of the building management team and therefore should file their complaint with them. Onboard knew the room with the problem and should of let the building management know that the technician should have access to that room. [redacted] has a policy of dealing with the tenant to let them know which areas a technician should have access. In the complaint by Onboard they are being charged by engineering from the building and not Satellites Unlimited Inc.

This complaint should be dismissed by Onboard.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Original service was what originated the problem in the first place- they came in to install the cable in our boss's office (which they did), but the cable in the lounge stopped working (which we mentioned to Satellites Unlimited) but they never came back to fix this problem. The cable in the lounge was working perfectly fine prior to their visit.

12/*/2013- I reached out to have them fix the cable in the lounge and I was told to have someone in our office after hours (after 6pm) so they could access our office (which I did) and also made sure to contact the building so they could have an engineer on site; however, Satellites Unlimited failed to tell us they needed access to other offices and which office in specific so I could communicate this to the building as well (or else I would have), considering our building needs to know this information so they can ask the tenant for access prior to visit. Therefore, they were not granted access upon their arrival and were not able to do anything at all due to their poor communication skills (so why do they expect payment for something they never did?). I wasted my time doing all this planning for nothing. As a result, we had to pay an unnecessary fee to have a building engineer stay on site after hours (after 6pm) to greet Satellites Unlimited. We have tried reaching out multiple times to fix this issue with Satellites Unlimited, and to this day, they have not fixed what they themselves caused. Worst customer service we have ever received. At the very minimum, we would appreciate if they could fix the problem with the cable in the lounge they themselves started.
