We are in receipt of your correspondence of August 14, regarding the above referenced inquiry and we respond as follows:
The actions of CU Recovery, Incare governed by FDCPA law
and by the office of the Attorney General of the State of MinnesotaAs such, we are not permitted to share information related to the collection of any debt other than with the governing bodies of the Attorney General's Office
The very nature of the business of debt collection dictates that we cannot guarantee a satisfactory resolve to every debt placed with our agency for collectionSubsequently, we will not and cannot place ourselves under the jurisdiction of any agency other than those that govern collection agencies
To address the complaint of ***, CU Recovery has reviewed all calls in regards to this matterThe only calls pertaining to her employment phone number were calls made to our office by the consumer and one outbound call made by our representative to get a fax number for employment verification informationAt no time during the only contact that the representative had with Ms*** was it ever stated that he would continue to harass the consumerAt CU Recovery we make every attempt to work towards an amicable resolution that will benefit our clients as well as consumersWith that being said the consumer must also be willing to move in that direction as well

Mr*** did not give me an opportunity to correct any debtHe threatened me to contact my employer for verification for a garnishmentWhich is fine, he can do that as he stated, and I will reply to the courts with what I can afford monthlyI stated to Mr*** I didn't know at this time what I could afford to make as a payment as I was on my work phone and couldn't talkHe said he did not like my tone and I had a bad tone and he said " I will just contact your employer now for verification since I have your work number" So if u indeed have that recording as I do, than you would know what Mr.*** statedIf u look on websites pertaining to your collection agency there are several complaints regarding how your company handles businessI'm not happy with your response as it's done nothing to resolve my issue and I definetly will not contact your company after how Mr*** spoke to meI would rather wait for your company to take me to court, and speak to a judge, or wait for you to try to garnish my wages as I will fight it
