Good workmanship by Albi and two workers to repair brick chimney for gas furnace, replace stainless steel chimney cap for fireplace and repair front entrance roof where it leaked under siding near front door after moderate rain storm. I had four contactors bid and, even though Satisfied was the second highest price, I believed I was getting the best value for the proposed work. He was the only one to replace the entire brick chimney and replace all shingles with full flashing on peaked surface on front entrance. He also repaired two sections of siding that had been loose included in pricing. Also, I used coupon for $300 off any job over $2,000.

Albi and his team are amazing! We called to get a professional opinion and an estimate on a leak into our fireplace and an issue with a gutter and they came when promised. Albi immediately went up onto the roof and in no time had diagnosed the issue and was back down on the ground with pictures of the problem. It was a special order chase cover and he would be back in about a week to install it. Needless to say, he was back as promised and quickly replaced the cover right before a big thunderstorm. As the thunderstorm rolled through and rain was pouring down, the sweet sound of silence was coming from our fireplace! Thank you so much, Albi!! He also showed us a few other things that needed to be done( one that we knew about but had forgotten) and we were so happy with his service we had him take care of those too!! We have already recommended Satisfied to a few others and will definitely use them again!!

I want to share an emergency experience I had with this company I had to call the company on a Sunday because the fire department was at our 40 unit building and the exhaust chimney was totally corroded the company showed up within hours took a measurement got a material list it was back the next morning at 7 AM the entire job was completed by 9 AM ! Heat and hot water for the entire building was back up and running!!!!

We have contacted many companies to replace out Chimney Chase Cover for our fireplace. One showed up and 7 months later and after 15 calls no show to do the work. I called Satisfied Home Improvements from the Money Mailer Ad, I made the appointment for the next day around 5 PM,. They came out, I was so impressed with the honesty they gave, since all the others said I needed new Chimney caps. They brought them down and showed me they were in excellent shape, Saved me about $300.00. Hired them on the spot. They said approximately 2 to 3 weeks....in 1 week they installed and we are extremely grateful for their honesty and professionalism. Please give them a try.

I am very satisfied with Albi and Satisfied Home Improvement LLC! They fixed a major issue that I had when my previous roofer did their job horribly wrong! Satisfied is only the half of it. Love the people that work in the office and the workers on the job site who are excellent. The price was honest, fair, and affordable!! I have never been more Satisfied with a company who has performed work on my home. They were on time, cleaned up, and kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to do a thing. I had a roof, steps, and chimneys done. My neighborhood will be seeing a lot of Albi and his crew.
