I had a very unprofessional experience with Satish Patel. I called Satish Patel multiple times to confront him about a simple mistake he made, the week before. He never called me back, finally I reached him by calling him, myself. I informed him about the simple mistake and he asked me for my father's social security number since it was under my fathers tax records. I informed him, I only knew his last four and wondered if that would help him search for my dads records. He began to yell at me stating, "I have over 300 clients, how am I supposed to find out who you are if I cant verify?!" I stated after his response that my father literally came in about three days ago in person and also asked if there was any other information I could provide to straighten his mistake. I also informed Mr. Patel that I left messages for him to call me back so why could he not call me and ask for my dad's SS# then, instead of going through this headache? He gave me no reason and yelled at me some more and finally told me "have your dad call me!" and hung up. I, of course, was extremely upset of how unprofessional he acted. And I continued calling him, 12 times in total, all calls were picked up and hung up immediately. He would not speak to me or pick up my phone calls. I even called using another number to call him and he hung up as well, not even greeting me. Later, I e-mailed him in a polite manner explaining how unprofessional he was and how I do not appreciate how disrespectful he was, ESPECIALLY since I am one of his "over 300 clients". I do not recommend this business to anyone, he was extremely unprofessional and handled the situation in a child-like manner.
