I saw the bad review which I do not believe for a minute. I have shopped at roadtrucker for 7 years and found their information to be very accurate. If roadtrucker says the cooler was a certain dimension, you can take that to the bank. Many times, I have seen specs on other sites, that are different than what is on roadtrucker and every single time I bough the product, roadtrucker was right on the money. I have also made returns and they make it very simple. They send out an email and ask it be saved in case of any problems, you just reply back and state the problem. Each of the 2 times I had to make a return, they replied back the same day and I got a return auth the next day. Once I ordered wrong and I paid the 15% restocking fee which is what most stores charge. The other time, the item arrived damaged and roadtrucker sent me a shipping label and exchanged it. It didn't cost me a nickel. So yes, I would highly recommend roadtrucker, as I have found them to be very honest and trustworthy. Camiel

This website is quite possibly the worst group of people Ive had the misfortune to deal with. They are completely immature and unprofessional as well as extremely obnoxious, like a company run by teenagers. Ordering wasnt a problem, in fact they were all to happy to take my money, it was the return where the problems began.
(I would like to say, that I did try to call them before I placed my order to clarify what I was looking for, but the woman who answers the phone is rude and would not talk to me, instead insisting I just order or send an email instead.)
However, I ordered a cooler from them, they have the dimensions on the website, and it appeared to fit my needs. Once it arrived, we opened the box to see right away, that the cooler was just way too small, we even took a tape measure and remeasured the cooler and it came up short of what was posted.
I asked for a RA# so I could return it, which they responded "okay, but you have to pay a 15% restocking fee". I refused, for the reasons previsously listed and 15% was ridiculous since I never opened the packaging, just the box, after which the reps who handle the emails got increasingly nastier. To sum it up, and not be as rude as they were, they insisted I pay and that I was wrong, that I was even making up excuses not to pay the restocking fee. I insisted I was correct and that even though I opened the shipping box, I never removed the item from its packaging so I should not have to pay a restocking fee of 15%.
I never received a receipt for the return, I payed with a company card and its policy that we show invoices even for returns. Again I called, to which the same miserably woman said to email them because she just cant help me (no surprise). So I emailed my request, to which they responded, and totally ignoring my request, said they paid the restocking fee, that my monthly credit card statement is good enough for a receipt, and 'btw' we measured the cooler and its exactly as described.

So good people who may actually read this before purchasing from Roadtrucker.com, please dont buy there, dont make my mistake, save yourself the headache. Their kind of buisness additude is the kind that puts them out of buisness and drives people away. So stay away
