Review: I purchased a 2007 Saturn Vue from Kia of West Nyack, which is listed under Saturn of West Nyack. I financed the car with Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union as the lien holder. Long story short, when I tried to trade in the car, the new dealership informed me that the Saturn Vue was involved in an accident in 2008. I was not aware of this. The damages ranged from $7,500 to $10,000 according to the Carfax. I am now stuck making payments on a $15,000 bill, when the car is only worth $3,000. The finance company suggested that I contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like Kia of West Nyack to accept the car back, and for my loan with Hudson Valley to be forgiven.
