No matter what [redacted] says, there was no misrepresentation or fraudThey had purchased a block of accounts from us several years ago to turn over accounts and was down to the last When I spoke with [redacted] , he agreed that it was time to buy more and he agreed to buy now instead of later to take advantage of our December discountHe was aware that if he purchased later, he would be subject to a higher price and that's why he agreed to buy then instead of later

Complaint: [redacted] We are rejecting this response because The sell of these accounts was made under pretense We replied to Bob to cancel this order the next business day after he solicited us for these accounts months agoWe have not utilized these accounts [redacted] was not provided the terms of this contact prior to the email sent on 12/2/that states he agreed to them5.? IN the time since we responded to his email we have not been notified that we have an open balance with Saturn Systems After our original reply on 12/5/16, I again replied to an email from? Bob on 2/23/to let him know the order wasn’t needed.? I thought this was handled in December as I hadn't? heard from him in about monthsHe responded via email that I should have let him know earlierSo, I forwarded him a copy of the email reply I had sent him in December, he then called me to inform me that? he didn't have access to the email account he had sent the contract from.? I told him there was no way for me to know he didn't have access as it wasn't in the body or address line of his email, nor did it bounce back undelivered.? He then changed his response and emailed me that he didn't? allow cancellations that we must pay or he will sue us.? At the time of his original phone solicitation we still had accounts we had purchased years ago, we didn't want/need these additional accounts he was trying to sell usI have always been Bob’s sole point of contact as I oversee accounts receivable and collectionsBob called me just prior to calling the owner and asked me to purchase more accounts, I advised him we did not want/need themI’m not sure why but Bob contacted the owner after this and told him we needed more accounts he did not disclose that we still had available accounts and or that I had just recently declined more accounts The email Bob sent me after talking to the owner is labeled as a contract and has terms that were not provided on the phone and were not emailed to the owner for his authorization, however he has marked “Signed by [redacted] per phone order”.? I am providing the following attachments 1.? ? ? ? ? The “contract” sent 12/2/from Saturn systems (please see that it does not state the email address does not receive replies nor does it give an alternative email address for contact.)? 2.? ? ? ? ? The email "cancellation" I sent 12/5/advising again we didn't need the accounts 3.? ? ? ? ? A Summary of emails since 2/(the first time we have been contacted since 12/5) ? Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrS [redacted] has not provided any proof or support to contradict this complaint nor has he tried to reach an amicable resolution. More specifically, he has not addressed: Assigning a phone signature on a contract without full disclosure of the agreement to the other party; Issuing a contract without valid contact information; Falsely replying that an earlier cancellation would make a difference; A month wait to issue an invoice and provide valid contact information. If he had a no-cancellation policy all along he should have disclosed it to the owner along with any other terms, he should have also included it in his terms with the contract that he emailed, and he should have cited it from first time I referenced our cancellation in recent emails instead of suggesting I waited too long to cancel. As owner of Saturn Systems MrS [redacted] is responsible for the configuration of his email accounts and for the claims that he makes in email communications. I have provided proof to him and to the Revdex.com that the order was never wanted and therefore canceled as of 12/5/MrS [redacted] is not out anything as we have not utilized his service for the accounts in question. These accounts were not offered because we are low on accounts, this is another claim, as he calls me every year and tries to sell me these accounts and I always decline I stopped using his service prior to December because the last accounts we sent him did not result in payment. [redacted] [redacted] This complaint is totally incorrectI had not contacted [redacted] in December regarding reorderingIt was several months prior to that and I never gave the owner [redacted] the impression that [redacted] had approved a reorderI contacted the owner of [redacted] ***, [redacted] , which was already a client to see if he wanted to take advantage of special pricing that we offer in DecemberHe agreed so we invoiced him for the agreed priceOur system automatically sends a copy of the contract to the client coming from our serverIt now appears that days later, their office manager [redacted] , replied to the email which went nowhere requesting cancellation of the contract to which the owner had agreed toOur server does not accept incoming emailsWe do not offer refunds or cancellations so this invoice must be paid
