We have purchased three motorcycles from Sauk HD and have been very happy with the sales and service each time. In 2006 we purchased a Dyna WideGlide new, and in 2011 we purchased an FLHX and FLHTC used. In all cases our sales managers ** and [redacted] were extremely helpful and friendly, and set us up with very good loan terms. They let us take time to read and review the paperwork without feeling rushed or pressured. When the FLHX required motor service, the extended warranty was honored 100%. They gave good value for the Dyna when we traded it in. Their shop guys [redacted] and [redacted] were able to help me without advanced notice when I limped into the shop with a difficult mechanical issue, and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. The whole store is always very friendly when we stop in, including the gals in the motorclothes department. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
