Whenever there is a dispute over money being shorted on any register, the policy is to count down the drawer to determine if money was incorrectly given backIf there is not a discrepancy, then no money is returnedCustomer service should always be a first priority in all of the restaurantsAn
apology for the inconvenience of waiting to count down the drawer most definitely should have been given and for this the company wishes to apologizeHowever, if no money was determined to be missing after counting the drawer down, then no further action can be done
