Rude sales comment after customer replied to pressuring sales tactic

Unbelievable This response was given after letting them know which model I was interested inI was told if I wasn't ready to buy I would be wait listed
I responded saying I don't do pressure purchases

I contacted Clearlight but when I found out I did not have enough money to purchase a sauna, [redacted] was very nice and NOT pushy at all. He expressed he understood I could not afford one at this time. I gave permission for him to send me emails. He explained he would be available at any time if I had further questions. I later received a nice email from him showing they had a sale on a smaller unit and free shipping. I called and spoke to him. He was "wonderful". He took the time to answer all my questions and right up front explained the unit was back ordered. He talked to me like a friend and NOT a salesman at all. He explained delivery and pros and cons with different machines for my personal needs. I did not have to pay for the unit until it is shipped. I am looking forward to this technology working for pain. I will write again after receiving and using my Sauna. [redacted].
