This place is an absolute joke, worst customer service imaginable, stay away and spend your money somewhere else

On Dec 9 I had placed an order from saunas.com with *** card who is the primary card holder under the buisness for 3 thermostats for our sauna in nyc. The order went through upon delivery it was discovered that only one unit was sent over.
I *** called the company and spoke to Jim that the order was not fully filled and I needed the two thermostats to be sent out.
He reassured me they will be sent out.
I waited for two weeks I had no word no delivery. I reached out to the company for one whole week no one picked up the phone. The hours state it’s opened from 8am to 5pm pst but no one picked up the phone. I reached out by email today January 8 and was emailed a response that they were snowed in and that my delivery was sent and delivered to my surprise. There was no invoice sent by email there was no tracking number sent to me only today did they say it sent out to the address and someone signed in for it. Since there was no tracking number sent out I had no idea package was on the way and my building has a policy with doorman’s to put in there last initials on all ups packages. The owner Jim told me its not his problem and told me to resolve this issue with ups. Clearly if they sent out another package they would send me a tracking number so I know it’s on the way. On ups website I can’t see the address of the delivered products and I can’t make a legitimate claim in ups. I contacted Jim to resolve the situation but he has opened out to resolve this situation.

Ordered online with no issues and paid in full with credit card. Received an email order confirmation. Next email we received stated that the order was undeliverable and we would be charged an additional amount. Contacted the company and spoke to Jim H, Web Operations Manager, he stated that UPS had attempted to contact us 6 times via phone and multiple emails had been sent out with no response. No phone calls, nor emails were ever received. Our office is open 7 days a week and receives deliveries via UPS literally daily. After disputing the charge on credit card they amazingly chose to reship the order. Order was delivered unceremoniously with no phone call or email from UPS with our normal daily deliveries.
Due to the rude and extremely poor customer service we received we would not recommend this company to anyone! To see the level of service you will receive please read the excerpt from an email we received from Jim H:
"I am utterly confused as to why your manager cannot handle coordinating the reception of cut materials via phone as-ordered, as we are a twenty plus year old business that is not in the trade of scamming its customers. If your superior cannot handle answering a phone, you will not receive your merchandise, and while obviously there’s no point to us putting collections out on such a small amount owed, my apologies on your superiors’ inability to perform simple tasks."
