Review: I hired this company to reupholster a sofa and remitted at 50% downpayment. On June [redacted]., the sofa was delivered to my home and the balance due was paid in full. I was not informed that the sofa arm sleeves, and my left over fabric, were not being delivered at that time. I was told that the arm sleeves were being made on that day and would be delivered on June [redacted]., together with the remainder of my fabric which I had furnished to the upholsterer. To date, after numerous phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive the arm sleeves nor my fabric. Despite the fact I advised Sav-Mor that I am unable to pick up my items, they sent the following response: " Due to the summer hours, we are short a few staff members. If you could please stop in and pick them up we would greatly appreciate it. If not we will have to contact you when we are in your area to drop them off." I even requested they mail my items yet they refuse to do so. Nearly 2 months have elapsed and I still have not been contacted regarding a delivery date.Desired Settlement: I want my items delivered asap. Sav-Mor Interiors has been paid in full however, they have yet to complete this transaction.

[redacted] is a client of ours that we had the pleasure to work with. She had come into our doors on the [redacted] of May with her own material for her sofa to be reupholstered in. We had picked up the sofa and delivered within that same week. On the Sav-Mor Invoice, signed by [redacted], there was no mention of the arm covers which is the reason why they were not delivered on site. We were willing to accommodate her request and had the arm covers ready along with her extra material; which are still at our location. We had emailed [redacted] asking if she could please come and pick them up and if not we would kindly drop them off when we are in her area. We did not charge [redacted] for the pick up/delivery of her sofa or the additional arm covers that were not on the invoice. She had mentioned her car was in the mechanic and once she was able she would be willing to stop in and pick them up. We also had tried calling [redacted] to schedule a delivery but she has not answered or returned our phone call.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I received a phone call from Sav-Mor yesterday. I was not at home therefore I returned the call this morning and left a voice message. Nicole called me this morning and advised ' my items will be delivered sometime this week" At this time, I do not have a definite delivery date. The statement that was filed by Sav-Mor is fraudulent. I have a series of emails which clearly demonstrate what has transpired.
