Hi ***,My name is [redacted] and I will be able to assist you with the missing pieces of the oz Kraft Stand Up Pouch with Rectangle Window I just got off the phone with UPS and let them know the information you were provided They informed to me that the damaged package claim has not been completedThey informed me over the phone that they sent the paperwork via the postal mail, however, we have not received any paperwork in regards to your claim They should have never informed you of the incorrect details, and for which, I am deeply sorry Today they will be sending me a direct email message to have the claim paperwork completed Once the paperwork has been accepted from UPS, they will then send us a check covering the missing product Once we've received the check for the missing bags/damaged box we will proceed to ship you the pieces immediately.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me anytime.Thank you for your ongoing patience, as we truly do understand your frustration We hope that from these difficult situations, where we both have fulfilled our duties, that we can grow from them.Warm Regards[redacted] ***###-###-####

While we try to provide all of customers with great service, we apologize for any miscommunication, however both orders were received and processed per our system and via UPS tracking, both were received but rejected and one order has already been refunded to customer

The main reason for the refunding delay, is that we were never notified to setup a RMA #, which is our procedure in order for our customers to return ANY merchandise to usTo make it even easier, we empower all of our customers by giving them this option to setup a RMA within their account online, all they need to do is simply log inThat way if we are busy on the phones and are unfortunately unable to talk to our customers directly, they will be able to start the process by themselves
We have even absorbed all of the additional shipping costs on this orderWhen a customer refuses a shipment, the box is automatically returned back to us and billed a second time for making the boxes way back to our facilityOn their orders listed in this Revdex.com claim, we have absorbed the costs twice nowOn both orders, we have waived the restocking fee of 15% on both orders on our own discretion
