Should be called Sav A Buck!
This company does not follow established guidelines for treatment of Hepatitis C. Here is a quote of national guidelines: "Treatment is recommended for all patients with acute or chronic HCV infection, except those with a short life expectancy that cannot be remediated by HCV therapy, liver transplantation, or another directed therapy." These clowns are denying treatment until the patient has advanced fibrosis or cirrhosis. Despite the established benefits of early treatment they would rather save a buck.

My Dr. had sent in 9 prescription for my Diebetic pills, I called *** and refilled 6 out of 9, on may7 th.I did not need the other 3. also, I told them, I do not want my card to be used on file. They told me The amount was 70.00, I paid this. where it should of been only 15.00. When I recived my pills They had refilled all 9 without me knowing it. They did not charge my card the 70.00 right away. They had put the card on file ,when I said not to. which means, they will charge the card at the end of month it goes into a payment cycle . I was making payments on last months bill. so Without my Autorization. Instead if them taking out The 70.00 I authorized . They Charged my card 184.00 that included a past due amount. which I did not Authorize .Without any communication that this is what they will be charging my card . It has bounced me in the bank and now have to pay an aditional 34.00 for an overdraft fee. I feel this is so unlawful in many ways.

This patient had a credit card on file to pay the copayment for his mail-order prescriptions. A patient can order refills of their prescriptions or their physician can order new prescriptions. We never fill a prescription without an order from either the patient or the physician. This patient had previously ordered refills and his credit card had declined, causing a past due balance. The patient called into our customer service center and had requested additional refills for existing prescriptions on file, which we filled. His doctor then sent in an order of new prescriptions, which were filled as well. The credit card was charged for his past due balance and the new orders he and his doctor had placed. I am sorry that this patient was charged an overdraft fee from his bank but Sav-Rx processed all prescriptions correctly and charged his credit card correctly. As a goodwill gesture, a $17.00 credit will be placed on his mail-order account to be used for copayments on future orders.

Never received my medicine! When I called to inquire I was told to return to the doctor for another prescription.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I am from a Physician's office and after days of running around with this "Sav-RX pharmacy" their staff could care less if any rxs get filled or not. I spoke with Amy the customer service manager and she argued with me that they don't have any issues with their filling rxs. We will do everything possible to NOT use this pharmacy. Terrible!!!

This company is terrible. I called on a weekend for a Rx refill and the rep said there was no record of my being a customer; I had just gotten a Rx filled the previous week from them. I have also called and was transferred to the "correct" person and then was disconnected. Apparently they have no way of keeping a credit card on file because I get bills in the mail. Our Union changed to this company from another company that was fantastic; don't know what is wrong with the Union representatives. Apparently they don't read reviews prior to making changes.

I am a psychiatrist and Sav-Rx has no availability to preauthorize medication on weekends which is abominable. It means that my patients have to wait longer than two days to get on needed medication

A totally inept company. If your script is important to stay away. I hope that *** gets into the pharmacy business.

Worst I've EVER had!! Customer service is unbelievably ignorant!

+1

They are supposed to answer phone calls 24/7 but everytime they have "answered" they have hung up on me. When I finally got a hold of someone on the direct office line they put me on hold and I got "disconnected" a few minutes in. My company just started using them a couple days ago. Is this even a real company?

This company has horribly rude and unhelpful customer service! Needed a prescription refilled, they stated the med was never covered, however I told them I had previously purchased it 3 separate times. The rep I spoke to became very rude when I was adamant I had purchased it before, it was like speaking to a brick wall (I remained polite and spoke softly the entire time as I just wanted help figuring the issue out). I had to run down to my pharmacy and ask them to print out paper work showing I had purchased it so I could better state my case for a second call. The second rep was just as rude even with my proof of purchase info, stating it was never an approved med. I asked if she could call my pharmacy as the pharmacist was kind enough to offer to speak to her and she adamantly refused, then reluctantly accepted my request to contact him in merge him on the call. After 15 mins or so of the pharmacist receiving the same treatment he was able to get her to find the previous purchases, her tone finally changed at that moment of realization and then patched me in to a supervisor so I could try to see what they could do. The supervisor was very polite and stated she would contact their pharmacy to see if they could figure anything out but medications for Ulcerative Colitis are essentially not covered. How can a medication that I am in literal need of, be removed from covered medications in every form of drug but one ineffective version?! They stated it was because of the high copay on the drug, I paid $15.00 for this med when I purchased it! Very dissatisfied with this company and their policy! I PAY for their services, they should be more helpful and polite, not to mention they should cover medications that people NEED.

While the customer service people have been kind, they continue to tell me they do not have the chart notes from the prescribing physician to justify a "decrease" in the milligrams of a classed medication. I know for a fact my Drs office has faxed 3 times now. I question where or who handles the preauths and where they are going.
Every time I get a new rx it is at least a day or 2 before its filled.
I wish my union had not switched to this company
