I am rejecting this response because: I did call several times (5-6) and did not get an answer so I went down to the shop to see what was going on with my vehicle. This is after returning my vehicle for the third time. Upon arriving to the shop, [redacted] told me that my vehicle had a "kick" upon shifting gears and to test drive to check it out. He had the car for almost two weeks, so he should have fixed the problem prior to this and why had he not called me to inform me, my phone is stated on the service slip. My vehicle has leaked since after the first repair and he was told this upon returning it for the second time. I have called him several times during this whole process and he would tell me to give him more time, which was given. So I do not understand why, I have to call every time to get information on the repairs been done. As stated before, upon the arriving after the third time I returned my vehicle, I made several calls, on his business phone and cellphone. If he is unable to correct the problem and because my vehicle is leaking, which it was not leaking before any work was done by MTZ Transmission. I am requested my refund directly to [redacted] over the phone and the leak will be either corrected by [redacted] Transmission or he should have to pay for me to take it elsewhere to correct the leak, he was well aware that the transmission was not working properly because told me himself, it had a "kick" when shifting gears and to bring it back. How many times is a consumer required to request service to be corrected. The full amount for the service was paid and it should be refunded, since my vehicle has not fixed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have called [redacted] at MTZ Transmission several times throughout the week and no one answers, regardless. The transmission is leaking and if the transmission was rebuild properly the first time there would not be any problems. The transmission did not leak before any service was done by MTZ Transmission and since the first the repair with MTZ Transmission it has leaked. It should not take three different visits to get the transmission fixed properly and get the leak fixed, which was the not original problem. I had to renew the DMV registration and smog check the vehicle before or on 8/8/17, so I called at 1;15pm and was told to call back in 10 minutes. I had called several times on both his cell phone and business number, from both my house phone and cell phone and got not answer. So I went down to the shop and asked [redacted] about my car and he told me that it had a kick when changing gears. I explained to him about the DMV and smog check, he told to me to take it, get the smog check and test drive it. I was aware of the check engine light and diagnosis, which has been repaired and the DMV registration has been taken care of. The leak continues and the kick when changing gears continues. I have called [redacted] from both my cell phone and home phone to request a refund so that I can take it elsewhere to get repaired.

solenoid and erase the light . so we did the test drive check the oil to make sure it was full oil smell like burn re check the check engine again no codes so we rebuilt the transmission we found some burn clutches for second gear after we did the repair she took the car couple days later she call me that it was a check engine light on and some oil leak I scan the car and it was a code for air injection pump and she complain for slipping on third gear we check the car and replace another solenoid no charge we drove the car and no more slipping on third gear but it was a kick on first gear I was try to check the solenoids again because we check the oms and there fine but is not the same when the car is running she came and told me that she need the car to do the air pump to pass the smog test I told her about the solenids she told me there new I told her we have to check if there working properly I told her do the smog and we are going to fix the kick its a electrical issue but we are going to take care of the problem and she never came back and now we got this letter we never refuse to fix the car we dont waranty any electrical parts and she know it its on the bill she read and she agree and sign it we just want our costumers happy she never call me after she took the car and she got my personal celphone number we never say no we just want to fix this problem thanks
