Thank you for bringing this complaint to my attention I am familiar with this customer for she does frequently shop here ON the date for mentioned I was working that day I do acknowledge that I informed her of the $charge to cash her check that day I also acknowledge that the total cost to her from her check was $ However she forgot to mention she also made a purchase that day in the amount of $5.00, which in fact does come to a total of $ Therefore from a $check she was entitled to only $in return I made many attempts to explain to her that the additional $was for her purchase I was under the impression that, when she left she fully understood why she only received $ I do regret that she still left thinking I overcharged her However the total deduction from her check that day was $check cashing fee, plus $additional merchandise purchase I as well as all my employees strive for outstanding service and curtious service to all customers Thank you again for bringing this to my attention I do apologize for any misunderstanding from this customer and appreciate your help in this matter Sincerely *** *** Sav-Way Mart
