Please accept my apology concerning lack of responseI have been aware of this problemObviously the repairs over the last years have not turned out as hopedWe have been committed to a major concrete replacement contract with a large hotel chain in park cityThis job has taken all my man
power since April to service this contractWe are under extreme pressure to complete the job by August to avoid penaltiesWhen this job is completed Savage Construction will address the concerns of the customerWe will repair the wall to meet the customer satisfaction at no cost to the customer, we will update the customer as we progressIf there is a break in park city job we will attend to the problem soonerI will very much appreciate your patients in this matterThank you

Hello We completed this job May of 2012, and a half years agoStandard to the industry is Year warranty That being said we revisited the site many times for one thing or anotherIn September of we removed sq ftof
driveway and replaced, no charge to the ownerThey again seemed to have issues in 2015. After years of trying to answer these grievances This last issue did not go to the top of the listI don't know how long the customer expects us to honor the warranty but after years we are not real responsive In the name of customer relationship we will return in the Spring and grind down corners and caulk

When this job is completed Savage Construction will address the concerns of the customer. We will repair the wall to meet the customer satisfaction at no cost to the customer, we will update the customer as we progress. I don't know how long the customer expects us to honor the warranty but after 3 years we are not real responsive.
