Hello We completed this job May of 2012, and a half years agoStandard to the industry is Year warrantyThat being said we revisited the site many times for one thing or anotherIn September of we removed sq ftof driveway and replaced, no charge to the ownerThey again seemed to have issues in After years of trying to answer these grievances This last issue did not go to the top of the listI don't know how long the customer expects us to honor the warranty but after years we are not real responsiveIn the name of customer relationship we will return in the Spring and grind down corners and caulk

B.B.BSavage Construction will replace the section of sidewalk in questionWe have been extremely busy and told the customer we would be by as soon as we slowed down in the late fallI cannot understand the Revdex.com complaint as he seems a little impatientAs a note: on the contract he signed states " Cracking can and probably will occur, but in most cases is confined to control jointsCracking is caused by extreme weather variations, sub oil expansion and contraction, improper backfilling or overloaded surfaceCracking is mostly cosmetic and need only to be caulkedAll precautions are taken to prevent crackingBecause of the nature of cracking no guarantee or warranty exists crackingWe will honor or commitment and replace sidewalk by 11/11/Savage can be trusted and has been trusted for 40+ years of continue serviceSincerely, Tim s***
