Review: We came in, the service was iffy and the food was really good. I ordered 3 burgers, 2 sodas and 1 kids bracelet. My total was 38.34 and I added a 2.00 tip, so all together my total should have been 40.34 in all. We stayed for a few hours and had a blast, but when I returned home I checked my online statement because I had payed with my debit card and it says that they charged me 46.01 which makes no sense at all. I called them and informed the lady who I was talking to about the issue and was on hold for a good 10 mins or so when the manager got on,BEING RUDE AND SUPER DEFENSIVE, and said it was not theyre issue and basically said there was no way that they charged me the amount my online statement says they charged. I was trying to explain myself and was hung up on. Basically id like a refund, I have my receipt and my online statements showing the difference. I feel like if your managing a company the last thing you should do is hang up on a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money, due to the attitude I was given when calling about my issue, and the wrong amount being charged to my account.

I am looking right at the sales slip the costomer signed and it matches my settlement slip for $40.34. The customer is making a huge mistake. I did not hang up on him, he hung up on me. I offered to let him come in to see that my nightlt settlement sheet on posted 40.34, but he refused. I could not send him a copy, because it has other peoples info on it. I only had 3 credit card sales that day, so his isn't hard to locate.
