Review: I went to savage men on October 18, 2014 for my cousins 21st birthday. I called ahead to see if they would give my cousin who is gay a lap dance and the princess package. the lady on the phone said yes. so we went there I paid 150 for our admission and the princess package. the manager came from the downstairs to where we were and watched me pay than took us down and put us in a booth... the dj made an announcement that they last hot seat was coming up and well they didn't call my cousins name. so I asked the manager what was going on and he said that there were no more hot seats left and I asked him why did he not tell me before I bought my tickets. because that was the only reason we went. than I asked for my money back and he told me no. I called the phone number and told the lady that I wanted my money back and she told me the manager would have to approve that. well I paid for a service that I never received and I want my money back and it been almost a month later and I sill have yet to even get a phone call even after I call multiple times to try and get my money back. this whole situation messed up my cousin's birthday.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back the 150 that I paid because I was told that I could have the princess package and thats they only reason I even went there.

Review: Tickets to a show were reserved and pre-paid in full. On the day of the show, Savage Men called to cancel to show and tickets for unknown reasons which was a huge inconveinence to our party. I was informed a refund would be returned within 24 hours. After 3 several calls, emails, text messages were made and unreturned as my refund for a total of about $350. After numerous attempts to collect my refund, I still have not received it.Desired Settlement: Pls refund my full payment and I would like others to be aware of their unprofessional conduct of business.

Review: They cancelled a show on October 24, 2014 and promised to refund my card but have yet to make the payment. I called a month later and they committed to making the payment in the next month but have yet to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my account for the $68.03.
