So the customer doesn't want a refund? I don't get it.. You complain, I tell you how to fix it but that's not good enough? Don't know what to tell you. Your refund is waiting for you, you just need to get on [redacted] and dispute the charge so we can process the refund..

The customer must go online and please dispute the charge so our old processing system can issue him full refund. He has been told this and still not preformed the proper action to receive his refund
