BEWARE - RUGGED CONCRETE DESIGN was hired to put an epoxy floor in the front part of our bakery This job depended on meeting deadlines that they assured time and time again that they would be able to meet They missed their deadlines repeatedly and kept moving it back They don't own their own equipment so are at the mercy of rental companies One of the rental equipment stopped working so they lost part of the day which pushed their timeline back When the epoxy floor was shown to us it was heart breaking The floor coloring was wrong It was supposed to be brown with copper highlights and some how it turned out to be a maroon color with silver highlights They did not use enough epoxy to properly cover the floor so the black base was showing through in many areas There were holes in the floor where they failed to prepare them correctly The owners knew they had done a horrible job, admitted as such and said they would fix it The next day they supposedly drove to Austin
