I ordered a $30 jar of Savannah Gold In June 2020 and never received it. I've called several times and emailed them several times with no response. Can you help me get a refund or the product?

purchased product did not receive no communication ,phone not in service
purchased three jars of savannah gold rub on 6/29/20,have not gotten product and its now 7/15/20. I tried calling phone not in service. My credit card hads been charged $69.50

I ordered Savannah Gold Relief Gel on June 6. Received confirmation order #RXXXXXXXXX. The payment was made on my credit card in the amount of $35.00 which has been verified on my last statement.

I also ordered a $30 jar of the cream in April 2020 and have not received it. I emailed the company twice and tried to call them but the phone was disconnected. I was also charged tax and $5.00 for shipping charges. What can I do to get a refund from this disreputable company?

I sent an order in late March for a large container of Savannah Gold all natural pain relief gel.
In late April, I sent an email to the company asking why I had not received my order. No reply,
so I started calling on the phone. I did this repeatedly over a period of a few weeks. Still no
reply. I don't know what to do next. It was $30.00 plus $5.00 for shipping. What should I do next?
