***'s wife (*** ***) filed a complaint for this same issue on ID# *** March 5, Our management team had already worked to address their concerns and on March 8, *** and his wife came to pick up his repaired truck I met with them both (at the same time)
personally after they looked at the repaired bumper In that meeting, we discussed the bumper repairs and the amount of taxes that *** and his wife did not pay on the vehicle they traded in Mr*** stormed out of the office screaming because he felt the taxes were not his responsibility *** and I remained in the office to discuss the circumstances surrounding the taxes and she convinced him to return to the office Upon his return I confirmed with them both in the room the bumper repairs were adequate and called our controller on the phone to direct her that we would not hold the ***'s responsible for the unpaid taxes on their trade in After I agreed to not pursue payment from them, both *** and his wife confirmed they were satisfied with the outcome and repairs Since *** had made the complaint previously, I asked her to sign that they were "completely satisfied with the repair to their bumper" (which she did) *** even committed to report their total satisfaction to the Revdex.com Even though *** didn't sign the form (he didn't make the original complaint) he verbally confirmed he was satisfied and appreciated our efforts to fulfill our commitments His demeanor was good when he left.For some reason, *** appears to be changing his story and going against what he told me Our dealership made a reasonable effort to accommodate and satisfy him They both reviewed the bumper repairs when they were here and indicated they were happy with the repairs and the fact that I personally got involved to resolve the unpaid tax issue.Please review this complaint in conjunction with the prior complaint and close it as being fairly addressed.*** ***President
