I find it most unfortunate that Ms [redacted] arrived at the property just after a snow storm when of course salt and dirt are tracked into the hallways It is even more unfortunate that she did not visit her room to see that the hotel has (within the last months) replaced all the furniture with new, removed the old televisions and replaced it with new flat screens and more than half (still working) have been completely repainted and new curtains hung We have added new carpeting to the hallways and many rooms, added new wireless internet not to mention all the yard work that has been done.It is true Ms [redacted] made her reservation on our web site, but we are too small to own our own [redacted] system and therefore answer to [redacted] for our reservations This system operates just the same as [redacted] or any other online reservation system.I have spoken to the General Manager and she stated that the amount of $was returned to her credit card immediately (the second night of the reservation) that would be the hour cancellation period We will credit her with the additional amount however we do not have her credit card information any longer so she would have to contact the hotel to give them that information or go through the Revdex.com with that information.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I still hope that in the future your guest are treated with more respect and you all find more dignity in your hotel to keep it a clean and safe environment for them to stay in. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.  Yes the front desk attendant made a grave error by placing you in a dirty room.  We apologize for that and let it be know she has been appropriately disciplined.  The room you originally reserved was a queen room the room you were finally...

given was a queen room.  You should have reserved a double room which would have better accommodated you and your family, however I am sure no doubles were available.  To address each of the accusations you have filed with the Revdex.com would not accomplish the ultimate goal, which is to make you whole.  I will instruct the hotel to reverse the charge on your card.For the record, we are not affiliated with the Atlanta hotel in any way.
