Very unhappy customer! Went to the location on Pooler Parkway on two different occasions and the did not “relearn my tires” Shortly after the first time there, my indicators stated low tire pressureWhen I went to put more air in the tire, I saw that I was putting air in the wrong tireWent to the store and it was corrected without a problemWent for another oil change in July and shortly after found out I had another slow leak Again, noticed it was the wrong tire that was being read by my indicatorWhen I pointed out the error this time, the salesman seemed not to care about the fact that my car could have overturned because I put too much air in the wrong tire because THEY did not reset the tire indicatorsAvoid getting your tires rotated here, obviously they do not know what they are doing!! Called customer service and pointed out the issue and Maria, (could be a pseudo name) had an even worst attitudeI’m gladly taking my business elsewhere!

I recently had an overwhelmingly miserable experience with this company After scheduling an appointment and receiving a quote, I arrived at the store and was told my appointment wasn't till the next day (which was completely untrue, because the sales specialist was told I would be leaving town that evening), nor did they have the tires I requestedThe manager offered to sell me another brand of tires "today", which were nearly double the cost I was originally quoted (approx$500, new quote $900)This is called bait and switch and is illegalAfter the company refused to honor the agreed upon price, or offer a discount on the brand of tires they had in house, I was forced to postpone my trip and come back the next day During the course of all this my wife and I tried desperately to reach their corporate office and find out what was going on; however, their call lines are set up to bounce between sales specialist, and if you request a supervisor or customer support they just

I recently visited Savannah tire as I had a flat tire. The experience started ok. The person behind the counter called another location to have that tire delivered to that location. He said he would call when it arrived but he never bothered. When I went there it seemed that the tire had been delivered for quite some time. They put the tire on and I proceeded to pay. When I went to pick the car up I checked the trunk. My donut had been incorrectly placed back into the car and it looked like whomever did it put more effort in hiding the fact it was done wrong than simply correcting. I then got into the car and the electronic tire sensor had not been reset. While replacing the tire I managed to slightly cut my finger. I decided to return to ask for things to be corrected remembering the mission statement that hung proudly on the wall, claiming customer first etc. This time the same person was rude and boarder line aggressive. He seemed more intent on making his point then any attempt to put things right. I did point out that I cut myself as a result of their tardiness. No apology, no are you ok, just arrogance! A small piece of customer service and a little effort would have been all that was required to correct this issue. Perhaps he should re read the mission statement. I would thoroughly not recommend Savannah tire.
