I had a great experience with Savant, they did a fabulous job and super pleasant to work with. The owners are present on the job and work with the crew. Extremely consciences
with craftmanship, cleanup, timely and customer satisfaction. Refreshing to see young men with integrity!
I was a customer when they had a salesperson named Mario. Fortunately
for Savant, Mario is no longer associated! Mario exuded confidence with all his talk and hype, just arrogance it turned out! Mario owns Structure roofing, watch out for him! He made 2 big mistakes in the specs of the skylight job I contracted. Made a bunch of excuses as to why it wasn't his fault. The mistakes were his 100%. Andrew & Chuck (Savant owners) went out of their way to make it right and did so. I also had trouble with my existing roof that Mario inspected & Savant owners stood behind it. Glad Savant moved on without Mario! I highly recommend Savant roofing.
Savant Building solutions put a new roof on my home. Wonderful people to work with. Everyone from the office staff to the workers. Kept me updated every step of the way, even took pictures of the roof so I could see what was happening. Cleaned up every evening you would never know they were there. Would recommend this company.
We had a commercial roof that was in very bad condition and leaking. Andrew came out and gave us an estimate on what needed to be done to get it back into shape and didn't try to sell us on an expensive roofing system that we didn't need. Showed up when they said they would and did all the work them selves, no subs. Very well organized company.
Chuck F, owner of Savant Building Solutions, set the bar high and delivered a quality roof from the presentation of the quote to the finished product. Professional from start to finish. We will definitely use Savant Building Solutions again; and we are happy to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.
Company will not return check in the amount of 5250.00 dollars. Check #***.

Response Taken Over the Phone:
The business stated they never cashed anything. The consumer signed a contract and called and cancelled the next day. The consumer never called the business to their knowledge. In these situations, the business presents the now voided contract to the secretary, after it is done being processed, the information is shredded and any payment is reimbursed to the consumer. The business sent the check back to the consumer already, they never cashed the funds.

Savant Building Solutions did a fantastic job in installing our roof recently. Very professional, and the owners Charles, Andrew, and Mario who bid the job showed up to make sure that the job was being done properly. We were told that every effort would be made by them to do the job to our expectation. And that’s exactly what they did.
I had windows, roof, gutters, doors, siding, and glass block done with Savant. I have zero complaints. Everything turned out great and looks amazing. Will be using them again in the future. A+
