They are good at trimming dead limbs but it stops there. They have an "arborist" on staff but they don't check the work was done right. The tech performing the work tells you this is what the order says even though your quote says otherwise. Bait n switch. They sell you cabling then only half as it and it fails within a month or two. Their unconditional guarantee is not true I didnt get a refund on incomplete services they wanted to charge me another $2500 to remove damage they created but incorrect cabling. Unconditional guarantee would be remove damage free, refund cabling cost and plant a new tree since 100 yr old tree half gone. 100' crown sad.

I called Pings Tree Service to remove limbs from some trees before they became a problem for a neighbor and myself. They came out the next week. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They removed the branches and left the areas involved clean. It does not get any better! The price was very reasonable. I was very appreciative to find a service provider that really provided excellent service! Thanks Pings!
