I went into the Holiday savalot store last week Tuesday to get t bones and potatoes that were in the add
Both items were out of stock tbones were supposed to be 3.59 a pound and potatoes 10 lbs for 299
They had neither I was told by thecashier that I could get them for same price next week Just went in savalot this morning (3/5/2020 and they still were out of tbones but they had potatoes I brought a bag up front and told them what they told me last week they would honor the price this week the cashier snapped at me and told me she wasn't here last Tuesday so shes not giving me sale price they charged 3.49 instead of 2.99 I buy 100 dollars woth of grocerys a week at that savalot store and will never enter there again! I was treated like I was trying to steal something by the manager in charge today! Your prices are usually better than winn Dixie next door but I will pay extra because of this!
Refund savolat ned to start being in stock on items in their add or be shut down!

Business stated that they have set aside product for the consumer to come in and pick up twice now and have ended up having to throw away the steaks both times because the consumer never came in to pick up. Business was willing to offer the product for free.
After the steaks had been tossed away, the consumer decided to show up and the business had none left in stock. Consumer refused to leave a telephone number for the store to call him to come and get the steak. Business was in the process of offering a gift card but the consumer became hostile and left the store casting insults and vulgarities that are not acceptable in a business environment. At this point in time with the Coronavirus pandemic, this product is not being stocked. If the consumer wishes to call the store and leave a phone number, they will see what they can do when new product is received again.

Im withdrawing complaint because due to thepandemic they arent responsible to stay in stock panic buying,However my complaint was filed before this virus happened and there is no excuse for being out of 4tings in their ad under normal conditions
