I received a phone call from the Regional Manager. She offered to honor the price that was included in the addDuring our conversation I pointed out that allowing customers to exceed the advertised limits was considered Standard Operating Procedure at that location. The Regional Manager promised to have a meeting at that location, and reiterate that advertised limits will be enforced all their customers. I consider this an acceptable response, and the matter closed. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
