Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below "MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:If customer is not 100% satisfied, they are entitled to receive a refund for the product All that is required for the refund is proof of purchase and full amount will be refunded."I am no longer in possession of the receipt, I turned it into my boss for petty cash, so technically a refund would be owed to the cityIt is in some other office building or at city hall and not worth chasing down for or bucksHowever even if I had the receipt this would not be satisfactory to meThis is part of an ongoing problem at this store affecting the whole neighborhood, A satisfactory response would begin with a public apology to Buffalo's West Side CommunityIt would be followed by some kind of material reparations, perhaps a free loaf of bread and a gallon of juice to every householdIt would end with Save-A-Lot committing to and maintaining a store 99.9% free of expired food Regards, [redacted]

If customer is not 100% satisfied, they are entitled to receive a refund for the product.  All that is required for the refund is proof of purchase and full amount will be refunded.

[redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
"MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:If customer is not 100% satisfied, they are entitled to receive a refund for the product.  All that is required for the refund is proof of purchase and full amount will be refunded."I am no longer in possession of the receipt, I turned it into my boss for petty cash, so technically a refund would be owed to the city. It is in some other office building or at city hall and not worth chasing down for 3 or 4 bucks. However even if I had the receipt this would not be satisfactory to me. This is part of an ongoing problem at this store affecting the whole neighborhood, A satisfactory response would begin with a public apology to Buffalo's West Side Community. It would be followed by some kind of material reparations, perhaps a free loaf of bread and a gallon of juice to every household. It would end with Save-A-Lot committing to and maintaining a store 99.9% free of expired food.

This place should not even be in business selling stuff that's no good every time we shop there my family gets sick meat is warn not even cold and oranges are green and apples have black spots on them and they say that's normal wow couldn't even give me a refund or anything manager was really rude whatever happen to customers being right I feel like I will not shop there food is not safe and I will tell family and friends not to shop there

I recently went to this grocery store and bought some food. It was about mid-December. I found a marked-down head of lettuce for 17 cents and bought it. Later that night, I was re-reading the receipt and discovered that the checker had rang up the marked-down lettuce 3 times on my receipt. I didn't notice at the time because I had bought several items of food and she was ringing them up so fast. I was meaning to go back up to the store to get my money back but never had the time and eventually...the receipt got lost. And now, I cannot get my money back. I know that it's small change...34 cents, but that's NOT the issue OR the point. The point is this: I don't have a lot of money and I try to get the lowest prices on food as I can to feed my family. And when a customer is ripped-off and charged 3 times the amount of what the price is, that's not getting a good buy at all. That's doing customers wrong. I shop at this store often and have not had much of any problems, but a guy checker over-charged me on some Bubba Colas once and I let it pass. But notice how the customer gets 'overcharged' and not 'undercharged'. His name is Dewayne and this most recent checker is named Lafonda.
