Save A Yorkie Rescue

After completing pages and pages of an online application, submitting vet records, 3 phone interviews and pending physical in home visit, the dog I was approved for is suddenly unavailable and no dog can be visited prior to agreeing to adopt and pick up the dog with payment so outside of some phone exchange, you are exposed with all your info and home visit but can not first see the dog in person? Pleasant people over the phone but after being one of the admittedly 10% that passed for adoption, I have no dog from them but only a complex run around with many unique reasons with foster obviously wanting unconsciously to keep the dog. Sad to waste all this time on a fantasy. At least they have my 25 donation and nothing more.
