Save Mor Self Storage

We have been customers of Savemor for more than yearsWe have storage units and have given them well over $50,over the yearsI have never really liked the facility, it is extremely run down and there is little to no upkeep on the units, but it was close to our office, so we dealt with itThe ladies that work in the office are BEYOND rude even calling and asking a simple questionSo rude that is even ridiculous at timesThere was recently a mat our bank and they depositing funds into the wrong accountDue to THEIR error we unfortunately had a few bounced checksSavemore called to tell us about the bounced checkWe told them that the issue had been resolved and put the check back throughNot only did they refuse to put the check back through, but we had to bring them cash immediately and they went on to say we could no longer pay them with a check in the futureWe have NEVER had a payment issue like this or bounced a check in the past, ever! She was one of the least understanding, most impolite and crude people I have ever talked toWe told her we would take our business elsewhere and she couldn't have cared lessFor a company to not only treat their customers that way, but customers that have been around for that many years, absolutely blows my mind! We are removing our belongings and moving them somewhere immediatelyTerrible company, employees and business practices!

There was recently a mix-up at our bank and they depositing funds into the wrong account. Due to THEIR error we unfortunately had a few bounced checks. Savemore called to tell us about the bounced check. We told them that the issue had been resolved and put the check back through.
