Review: I purchased a vehicle from save more auto sales on march 7 2014 When purchased they gave me in writing a repair due for the third brake light(which is required by safety inspection) and the service tire system light was on and needs two sensors replaced in the tires. Within the 1000 mile 30 day warranty period the transmission started shifting hard. We noticed this within a couple of day of purchasing the vehicle we called and it was looked at on out first repair date. The mechanic said it was too full of transmission fluid and lowered the fluid level. This did not repair the issue. We re-scheduald another appointment. After 3 appointments and no repairs done. They have told us they cant get the right part in for the third brake light, the tire sensors are a luxury and they are not going to repair, that their mechanic can not diagnose the transmission issue therefore they are not going to repair.Desired Settlement: I would like the repairs promised to be repaired by a license mechanic in a timely manner

Review: Sold us a car and said it could make it to Oakland Ca just fine, the car blew up in Weed Ca. I had my medical fragile babies in car and all they did was tow it and didn't have good customer service over the phone. They said they had a mechanic look at it and supposedly couldn't find what is wrong with it but it keeps smoking and has a smell of burning transmission. We asked to get our money back within a week and they said no.Desired Settlement: We want our money back or a new car.

Review: Misleading and falsification of contract document. Sales price was 3995. With a down payment of 600. Which was to cover sales tax and registration. Somehow the sales representative was able to falsify the documents to be a $4,500 loan. In addition to contract falsification the vehicle is a lemon. I took the vehicle back to them for different times for a problem that was in the front end. A temporary fix was done. Serious injury could have been caused as a ball bearing broke while driving. Front end axle CV joint ball bearings all is bad. Estimate for fixing is over $1,500. This is a problem originally found out within 30 days but never fixed correctly and it could have been life injurycould possibly causing death. I was sold a lemon vehicle andI cost of fixing along with outstanding balance on the vehicle is three times its value.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my contract void and they can have the car. I want other consumers aware ofu the dishonest business practices in the unethical sale of a car that could have caused death with its problems.

This place sales nothing but broke down cars. I put down $1000.00 dollars on a 2000 Subaru Forster on Feb 4, 2014. The check engine light was on when I got the car they had told me that the car only needed a NOC sensor and that they would buy the part and put it on. After 3 weeks they called said they had my part and they wanted to put on I went ahead and took the car in and they put the part on the car. The following morning I get into my car to take my kids to school and the check engine light is back on in my car. I called them and let them know what was going on and that the car has now started overheating. They said that they would fix the car with no problems so that the problem would stop. They sent a guy for the dealership to pick up my car so that it could be fixed. 1 week and 1 day later they call me and tell me that the car is ready to be picked up. I go to the dealership[ and before even leaving the lot the cars check engine light was back on. I went into the dealership and let them know that the light was back on. A non Mechanic came out with some type of check engine light code reader and plugged it into my car to see what the codes were, when he plugged it into the car and pushed some buttons that light went off. The next day again I get in the car and turn the car over to take my kids to school the light comes back on and it started to over heat. I called a local Mechanic shop where I live and asked them what the problem could be and they said to bring the car in and that they would check and see what the problem is. Come to find out the car has a Blowen Head Gaskets. I called the owner of the dealership and let him know what my findings are and he told me that there is no way that this is what is wrong with the car and I was not getting my money back so to take him to court. Little to say the dealership sold me a car with the check engine light on and in the state of California they can not do that due to safety issues. The also stated to me the day that I bought the car that it passed smog with no problems, but to remind you the check engine light was on and a car will not pass smog with that on. They also had a Non licensed Mechanic work on my car the first time and told so after work was already done. All I want from this dealership is to refund my money in the sum of $1000.00 dollars and we can settle this out of court.
Thank you

Review: My wife and I both have disabilities and get by on a limited income. On December 10, 2013 we purchased a 1997 Chevy Cavalier from Save More Auto, 4810 Westside Road in Redding, CA. We were given the option of making monthly payments directly to their office or mailing our payments to their finance office, Western Funding, PO Box 94858, Los Vegas Nevada, 89193. We chose to pay our car payments directly to Save More Auto every month, and that is what we did. Then in January we started getting phone calls from Western Funding stating we had not paid our January bill. They called us again in February saying we now owed for both January and February. Now our credit rating is at risk. We have receipts to prove we made our payments to Save More Auto. We called Save More and they implied the problem was with Western Funding. They said they would contact them and call us back, but they didnt. When I called Western Funding, the lady said she would call Save More Auto. She called me back to say she had called several times, but calls were not returned.Desired Settlement: RefundDesired Outcome Description: We would like our January/February payments back from Save More Auto immediately so we can bring our payments up to date with Western Funding. Our future payments will be made directly to Western Funding and we hope our credit rating can be fixed.Desired Settlement: we would like our jan feb payments back from save more auto immedietly so we bring our payments up to date with western funding.our future payments will be made directly to western funding we hope our credit rating will be fixed.
